Orbiter is my favourite simulator app. It's not really a game and the learning courve is very steep. So be warned, there are no weapons of mass destruction, no enemies and no collision detection. Just real physics.

Kulch has alot of very high quality add-ons. My favourites are Energija (ENERGY project) and the Mir-2.
